Rooms where beautifully done in wood. Expected from reviews that lodging would be underpar, but wonderfully delighted with the rooms and the view. I have no idea what the ground level rooms are like. Initially reserved king room but was upgraded at no additional charge to their 3rd floor suits. Wonderful staff.

The room was affordable, spacious, and clean. I liked that you could use the indoor pool or go to the actual beach. The price was amazing for the location.

We stayed in the family suite. We were a little disappointed this room was not directly on the beach however we were not in the room too much. The room slept five of us comfortably, the beds were comfortable and it was just a very short walk to the beach. The rooms were a little outdated.

My husband and I come here every year for the last 7 years. I love how we can walk right out to the beach! Really love the rooms with the balconies ❤️

The waterfront cabin was amazing! We loved having a full kitchen, fire pit, and grill. The covered porch overlooking Lake Huron was also wonderful.

Overlooking the water and seeing the island and bridge. Wife had a great time in the water at 68. I enjoyed watching her. Can't wait for next year same time.

The view from our balcony was absolutely gorgeous and it was right down the road from the ferry. Staff was very friendly, room was clean and spacious.

My stay at the Waterfront Inn exceeded my expectations. Access to the beach, which was private, was very easy. Sitting on the balcony, watching the gulls, geese, ducks and the ferrys to the island was so peaceful. Room was clean, Abundance of towels....staff was polite, helpful and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better place for the price!
